What's a good workshop in Singapore to fix things?

Can someone recommend a good general workshop to change things like air filter and do mods like changing the front grille, foot pedals, brake handle etc.....? Thanks.

Yup. But you better call to make an appointment first as they may have several jobs on hand on certain days.
