always got it in my foglights.... but since i changed to new bulb..its gone... a friend of mine told me that it shows that ur bulb is at the end of its lifespan..i dunno how true it is tho

either dismantle assembly and dry lens with cloth and hair dryer or ignore it! better still, replace the set!!!

It is the rubber seal of the bulb holder that is leaky.........
Put some grease over the rubber seal and it will be fine....

its the seal at the back of your lights.
i took apart my lights gave it a good wash and dry it.
put it back.....just remember to cover the covers provided tightly
or else change to HID....the temp inside more than enough to fry away any water vapour
