Waste/Bulky Items disposal

I dun know if anyone's posted this before but anyway....

CNY is around the corner and after I finish spring cleaning of my house, I anticipate that I will have about 8-10 cartons of old unwanted stuff and books/files/documents and 1 or 2 pieces of old furniture to throw away. I can't simply throw it down the rubbish chute cos too bulky and the condo management says I cannot cart it down to the rubbish collection centre and that I need to arange for my own private waste disposal service.

Anyone got reasonable waste disposal service company to recommend?

Or what do you do with all these bulky unwanted items.

Oh yah, please dun tell me donate to charity or Salvation Army cos these are waste, not charity stuff....
