Vicom Chasis Evaluation

Guys

My friend is eyeing a beemer and wants to ensure the chasis is straight. Anyone knows if the "Platinum" package $149.20 offered by Vicom is any good and most importantly can they really assess if the chasis is truly straight?

He is ok about small dents to the bodywork which can be easily corrected.

If not, any better recommendation where he should go instead. He is not keen on workshop's visual assessment of the car's undercarriage etc as its all verbal and there is only so much the naked eye can detect...

Appreciate any advice.

I reckon they r preferred to Vicom? Does Vicom also use the Car-O_Tronic system to measure?
