Vibration on acceleration E46 valvetronic

Hi need help to identify the source of the problem for my 53k km car.
The car vibrates I think from the rear on acceleration about 4k rpm onwards.
It is definitely not the engine, and it actually feels like there's some slipping from behind.

Do not think it's the transmission as it was replaced with a new one under warranty 10k km ago together with the transmission mounts. Engine mounts were also replaced under warranty about 6k km ago.

I do not drive v hard and do not think that there would be any pre-mature wear on the rear bushings/mounts, but I can be wrong.

I think it actually feels like vibrations due to the rear tires slipping, but they are normal RE050As that were replaced recently. Even if it's slip, the ASC warning should come on right? But it doesn't. But really don't think that this 143bhp car can break traction...haha

Is there any way I can diagnose further before I send it to PML. Would like to understand the issue better so that if PML tell me normal, I can tell them off.

Thanks in advance.

If it's RPM induced rather than speed, then it's prob the mounting. Check the rear axle mount or the rear suspension mount.

53k will not be considered premature wear liao. The other mount that make cause vibration is the propellor shaft centre mount that may have aged and hardened.

Thanks.

But if the prob is with the rear shock mounts, are there any other symptoms? e.g. when crossing humps?
Will check out the rear shock mounts, as prop shaft center bearing and mount has been change not too long ago.

Any likelihood of the rear trailing arm bushing being worn at this mileage? Do not track the car and seldom hard driving.

Thanks

The other thing you may wanna do is go back and make PML check on those areas that had parts that were changed.

Those buggers inside the workshop (not the CSA) sometimes never install things properly. Happened many times before..........at least twiice to me......

BTW, OT a bit I am looking for RE 050As 18s. may I know how much you paid for them and how are the tyres performing so far in terms of comfort and grip?

Thanks!

hey, bro! you may wanna check the driveshaft mounts.

or, the part which connect the driveshaft to the rear differential.
