Variants of e90 Bootlid

hi,

i was travelling behind takashimaya when i saw a fellow graphite e90 (sfv 1361) drove by a lady. we exchanged smiles and when her car passed me i saw her beautiful bootlid. woah... very nice.. much nicer than my original and expensive bootlid from PML.

hence would like to ask the bros and sistas here what are the various models of e90 bootlids?

Her bootlid spoiler looks like the OEM from PML, need to confirm with her. The carbon diffuser lagi swee. Lyneous is eyeing for it.

hey... so u r the one driving e90 graphite with kerscher bumper on sat right?
nice to meet u on the road too... i saw ur bumper from far loh... very very nice too...my bootlid is the OEM carbon fiber design.. slightly different from the OEM bootlid.. u can take a look at this thread..

Hi Babe, where did you fix the M body kit? One year ago I checked with PML on CB bootlid spoiler, they said they don't have so I just fix the normal one. Hey, your car very swee leh esp. the cb things. Lyneous dream for the coming Christmas. Akan Datang!

Mtech bumper can get from PML or Eng Soon, i got the CF diffuser separately from the net actually and shipped it in, not sure whether you can get it locally though..

From the photos I can only see the diffuser is carbon fibre but the bootlid spoiler looks like same colour with body paintwork. btw, with lowered body and body kits, can you clear those hump?

i was quoted around 1.3k for the rear bumper, not quite sure how much PML charges....calling for ah lyn.. where are you?? i think he went to check the price at PML.. heard the price is quite close after the 20% discount...

PML quoted complete kits with paintwork and installation at $4,114.04. Barekits will be $2,525.09. of course without the back carbon diffuser.

hehee... i scratched my front bumper immediately the first day after i put on the lumma front bumper when i went down the MCP.. but i learned to drive through slowly and it was fine... hmm.. so far i didn't scratch the bottom of the car through humps.. i scratched the bottom of the car through carpark exits most of the times.. but then again.. ben aka bmer said my car actually not that lowered... some carparks i can clear but his car cannot clear...

Is the PML quote for this bare kit after the 20% discount or before? Also, does the price include the rear boot spoiler?

I have asked PML for a quote last Sat. I am still waiting to hear from them.

Those prices are net after discount. They said complete kits, may be need to check with them again whether including the rear spoiler.
T6, I would suggest you talk to the sales agent to include the body kits and ask for at least another 10 % discount from the net price. I guess they will give to you since you are buying the 335i. No harm trying.
