Used parts sales labour charges

What I've noticed is that most people selling 2nd hand parts on this forum seem to put the onus onto the buyer to pay labour charges.

I do not get why the buyer needs to pay for removal of old parts \ fitting swop OEM parts into the sellers car.

Should it not be ' dutch ' . In addition , what a lot of buyers don't realise is that most parts can be self imported new from overseas sellers which works out cheaper than buying used wear and tear items and in addition paying labour charges to the seller!

It could be a branded brakes, exhaust, rims etc that normally would cost upside of $1K ++++ that would generate any interest. If its just stock steering wheel, or whatever during dekit, its more like "you want it, you settle the labour, it doesnt really bother me if its in or out when I sell the car"
