Upgrading of rim frm 17" to 18"

hey..my current ride is using 17"...tinking of changing 2 18"...but haf sum enquiries...like fuel consumption will be affected??? will ride be less comfortable??? anything else??? Was lookin at breyton rims...look realli nice..sleek...deep-dish...
