After some earlier ranting, some might have misunderstood me as saying the SE is bad 
so I wanted to clarify that she is a nice person and it was a one-off incident.
My SE did go the extra mile in the end to help me with the car and toys for my daughters. Her manager and service adviser were also friendly and very helpful.
Overall it's a great purchase and I'm enjoying my new ride

Anyway I think the BMW is a great community although there may be some small quarrels here and there but overall the community has a big heart to help one another as well as the less fortunate, like the group who helped made a little boy's wish come true. Hope we can do more of these great things together , except racing
