No justice if he is doing his job and an individual starts to cause trouble or become violent.

I guess Security Guards are really meant to stand around... if got trouble, just politely request it to stop, if don't stop or kana threaten, simply run away and find a place to hide then call police. If public complaint no action from security guard, also kana sack. Lose-Lose.
