Twin cyclone & monster electric charger

Hi guys, i know nuts bout this so i need you guys to help me out, i was thinking of installing a twin cyclone 2 air intake and exhaust output and a monster super electric charger what are the pros n cons will there actually be any effect? and also the RS twin power intake wat is it actually for?
my ride is a e46 318i fl.
