Tell the PRC that Iphone 6 is not good because sure to have bugs. Tell her that you plan to buy her Iphone 6S plus Ipad Mini Air. Drive straight to H81. Do this for a few months and you can throw the pre-paid sim card away.

Mr H need to take up effective communication course. He shouldn't have reject her request directly. There are many ways to decline a request without causing too much negative responses.
Mr H should also consider taking up effective negotiation to close the deal course to increase his chances on the show down.
Upon graduating from the above mentioned courses, we are confident, Mr H will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to handle the situation better than he can currently.
