Hi folks. There was a SGTrackies track day/time attack competition on the 19th Sept and here's my personal pictorial journey on the preparation of my car for the event. It was all good fun, albeit expensive.
2 days before track day:
1st thing I saw when I reached BVO at 9.30am, Mr 55 chilling out at his breakfast table
My old ATF cooler seemed a bit on the small side, so I asked Ah Wee to put in a big ass one for better cooling and protection.
My old cooler setup
New ATF cooler in the box
Good airflow through the cooler
Comparison between old and new ATF coolers
Figuring out where to mount it
Looks good right here
Drilling mounting points
Happy mechanic
Tadah!
New uprated bushes to be fitted
ATF change
Time for lunch. Guess who I see sitting at the coffeeshop at 1.30pm?
After lunch, it's time to head up north to do some higher speed tuning with Bernard of B (Bernard) V (Vehicle) O (Operations).
Bernard seemingly concentrating at work
Slowly does it
AFR nicely tuned, we headed back to Singapore and sat down to have coffee. Bernard, a passionate man about goat's testicles, was telling us about the subtle differences between goat's testicles from Japan and goat's testicles from Germany.
"I tell you, although the goat's testicles from Japan are small, they are extremely flavourful. The ammonia smell is pungent and after eating, you can really last!"
"The goat's testicles from Germany are sibay dua liap, but no ammonia smell. Must eat 6 balls to have the same effect as 2 Japanese balls"
"You hold the testicle like this and dip it in salsa sauce, it's fantastic..."
"You must keep it in your mouth like that and suck out all the juices first, then you can chew and swallow. Otherwise damn wasted..."
"Bah! You dunno how to appreciate the finer points of testicle cuisine..."
Undisputed KING of goat testicle connoisseurs
Feeling a bit bored at 1.30am, so just headed down to BVO to see if anyone is around. There usually is and guess what I saw?
Mr 55 still sitting there.
Guess what 55, Shaaz and Alan were looking at at 1.30 in the morning at the BVO coffeeshop?
