Can anybody give me the contact to ToughSeal? Can't remember the exact name of the company so hard to trace from phonebook. ST something.... Have a friend who just got a new car and wanted paint protection.

Also, anybody knows the price they offer at last week's Carnival at Expo?

I think they are offering at $400 for E90. M using groomworks, unsure about toughseal credential or feedback.

ToughSeal is one of those 'paint protection' system where they claim that they apply a layer of "wat knots' on it. Because they usually come with a 18 months or 24 months warranty, many people are attracted to it. I have tried another brand before but found that it's effect last only 2 to 3 months. Other brands include Glaze, Amazing Grace (PML's supplier), 2mendous.

I now apply a layer of Autoglym Extra Gloss myself everymonth. Better than any $400 product.

My friend (lady) wanted it because she's lazy to DIY. And I recommend ToughSeal simply because it's near her house (AMK), so she can being it back every month for a wash and touch-up, at the nominal $10.

i was very enthu in all this paint sealant and did lotsa research before getting my e60,
and if u really want ur car to have excellent shine ,dont go for toughseal or any so call paintsealant protection system or whatever,But if u dont mind ur car to have only moderate shine, and lazy to shampoo ur new car , than tough seal is ok. ( 2yrs waranty is just gimmick, when u sign package, u have no choice to go back to them to renew the coating, its not one time u seal and shine will tahan for 2yrs,my foot !
yes patrick is indeed the master, but if u call him,he give u price but he might not be the one to do it for u coz i see from other forum that he dealing more with mgmt instead, and finally instead it wil be done by one of his bangala who many at times cause some swirl mark during the pre-washing step , and den seal the swirl marks onto ur ride later ( saw from other forum)..,and if thats really the case, u cannot imagine how tedious if u want to remove toughseal if u are not satisfied, coarse rubbing compound will be use to polish off everything..yes..everything even your factory first coating )

for me, every 6mths,either i go to this guy call Leeteck ( one of the legendary normal forumer who turn PRO after he posted his work of art in numerous local auto website ), OR I visit Juzz 4 cars to get my sealant renewed. ( normally i go to Leeteck, coz he doesnt own a shop,he do it in his own landed property in geylang and he do one car per day only..full concentration , e90 would cost $170 to $180 .,but have to make appt ( 96883669) of coz .by the way,he use Jeff Werkstadt sealant..and its excellant, and juzz 4 cars uses Menzerna FMJ which is not bad either ! and for toughseal? i have no idea..jejejeje,

Than for car wash, its either juzz for cars or myself ( i prefered to do it myself coz u can see where is the little swirl mark or chipping here and there urself ,and im sure as normal new car owner ,u would spend time looking squating here and there inspecting after parking ,why not use the time to do washing? its only an hr!!)

and one last word of advice ,perfect shine and protection doesnt come easy..
