Can I confirm with you that the recommended tire pressure (per door sticker), for 205/55/16 tires, is 280 rear, 230 front? Many thanks in advance for help.

Thanks Robert. In that case I will tell my friend to pump 220R/200F.roberttan;673438 said:should not be so high for normal drivng condition.
please read the figures carefully, correct me if i am wrong.
for your 205/55/16 tyre with normal load and speed should be front 2.0 bar and back 2.2 bar.
your numbers are propably for heavily load and high speed driving.
2.0 bar = 200 KPA
you can change to air pressure slightly from Car maker recommendation but in mind to follow the pattern like your case back wheel is always higher
