What do you do if you are swimming in the pool with your kids and suddenly 2 gay couple started hanky panky and humping action in the pool, touching lovingly.

*they re very fit with chunks of muscle.

1) Go forward and ask them get a room?
2) Leave the pool
3) stare at them
4) Call police?

Need help on this social issue

I don't think there's much anyone can do. How about this, ask you little boy (if he's young enough)
to go near them and pee. Of course after he pee he must tell them " I just pee in the pool "
vice versa.... they cant do anything

Putting aside the point that they are a gay couple, even if they are a heterosexual couple, it will be in appropriate to hanky-panky as well in the public, especially with kids around.

This would be very subjective, for instance, in a condo's swimming pool. The intimate action(s), if any, will be very very subjective to other swimmers.

For instance, a hugging and kissing couple in the pool - is it really inappropriate? Just because they are in the pool?

I think hugging and kissing is hardly hanky-panky these days. Again kissing takes many forms and so like you said, could be subjective.
