Taxi hit ambulance

I believed it isn't new to any drivers that when ones wants to switch lane, filter out to join main road etc, usually oncoming car will increase their speed to block you out.

BUT, when ones see an ambulance, we will give way no matter how impatient we are.

knn, I basically wistnessed an accident in front of me when a Merc taxi, trying to block an ambulance from filter out to PIE, ended up hit the back of the ambulance. The Taxi wanted to get in front of the ambulance (by increasing it speed) before the ambulance entered the PIE from the slip road. BUT can't make it in time so E-brake, then hit the ambulance.

Really pain in the ass

What do you think ?

anyone in the ambulance? or did the taxi driver end up inside the ambulan?

classic example of a$$hole drivers out there who cant think well while driving.. what was he thinking? blocking an ambulance who is rushing to help save a life..

Taxi drivers - normal ones are bad enough. Merc taxi drivers - the worst.

i think no injury, only damage on the car and ambulance.

I drove off minutes after they shifted to the side of the Highway (PIE).

Taxi has to pay for the damage, serve him right
