Suspension Upgrade For X5

My buddy is driving a X5, just changed to 22" rims at leong seng. The gap between fender and wheels now is fugly. What are his options for suspension upgrade to close the gap?
He is not the hardcore type so can't tahan coilover if too stiff. Reasonable firm and lowered ride suffice.

KW V3 can adjust height, rebound & compression.

So you can choose.

Can set to almost stock kinda ride comfort, maybe 10~15% firmer than stock......still very comfy.

Handles alot better too after lowering.
