Stock kit vs Mtech kit

Dear all....need HELP!

I am super confuse on this 2 kit...it looks almost the same or its the same? Minus the splitters....

Please advise...

is not the same. ///M Aero front jaw sits lower than the stock. the profile of curves below the headlights is also different. ///M Aero overall had larger air duct than stock bumper too.
