STA Inspection - E60

hi bros,

Just got my 2006 E60 last week, and the STA report showed the following:

1. Vehicle transmission sump sign of oil seepage
2. Vehicle engine rocker cover sign of seepage
3. Vehicle brake disc rotor worn

Can pls advise on the severity of such remarks, though I know they are mainly due to wear and tear. I intend to bring to either one of the recommended workshops (BVO, BOSS, J4C) soon. Any idea the rough costs for repairing?

They are just wear and tear. Nothing that workshops can't fix. No one can estimate the cost here, only the mechs can.

1. Vehicle transmission sump sign of oil seepage - Replace Sump plus ATF est: $600+ (Parts and labour)
2. Vehicle engine rocker cover sign of seepage - Replace Cover Sealer est: $150 (parts only)
3. Vehicle brake disc rotor worn - Replace rotor est $120 each. (parts only)

Can pls advise on the severity of such remarks, though I know they are mainly due to wear and tear. I intend to bring to either one of the recommended workshops (BVO, BOSS, J4C) soon. Any idea the rough costs for repairing?
