Erh.. I thought sponge will soak water::D

Homefix has those watershield foam ones for home doors .. cars can also...

Or get those installers for aircon with their foam insulation ones. not sure where to get them.. maybe at Lavendar area or any hardware shops...

ah lian, any idea how thick r the homefix ones?

Got various sizes and colours. Honestly can't exactly remember but they are meant to provide a weatherseal for doors so cannot be so thick. I think is maybe 1cm - maybe only lah..

There are coilled in a circular row.... So sorrie.. if I got measurement wrong or not... apologies ...but it is just to seal the gap of doors from the elements... (got hollow inside). Some stores are helpful! Maybe if u can try to check out large ones like Marina Sq or Compass point or Woodlands. Try to give a call.. I don't have their number off-hand... Or try to call those Self-fix stores e.g. Vivo city ... quite larges ones.... check for numbers...
