SPC giving 12% at BT branch

Bros/Sisters,

Juz pump full tank 60litres at SPC @ Bukit Timah branch (former BP station, small size, after Balmoral rd before Keng Chin Rd towards Jurong direction) with 12% discount (no need sticker). Outside the station, they still show 5% only. Check with the counter staff and they told me they were instructed by the HQ to do this. I guess they don't want others to follow suit.

Nope the stickers are still valid extended till March I believe.
Dunerarn Road 15%? Wow the one at Telok Kurau is only 10% same with East Coast Road.

IMO, I have tried SPC and find the fuel slightly underperforming together with shell. In terms of pure performance view point, both these petrols lose out to Caltex, Esso or Mobil, Octane to octane comparison. The car generally feels more lethargic and less willing to rev.

Has any bros and sis experienced the same thing?
