I know the title sounds really stupid.
Gotten new rims n the rear is not really 100% flush as I would like it to be. One reason is rear fender was previously rolled slightly to accomodate the old rims which had very aggressive offset. So should I just add:
1. rear spacers or
2. flatten back the rear fender(can be done?) as like in counter rolling it.
