Spacer on rear wheel

Suddenly thinking to fix 15mm spacer on my E60 rear wheel only (Stock 17" with 225/50/17), what is the impact on driving and what will happend after install spacer?

I am noob on rim mod, do not flame me like kai kai or gekko.

Kerb rim, hmmm..... i can handle this since i use high profile tyre.

Yes with that it will be chio chio. Btw I have a 15 mm spacer made of titanium to let go. Dekit from my f10. Interested?

Bro just ask ray s, only applicable to Breyton rim. One pair the price is 350 new and I am willing to let go mine at 200. I used for less than a year.
