MapleLeaf,
I patronise the mentioned Shell petrol station frequently as I live close by. I know what you mean when church goers or soka buddhist members obstruct the entry/exit driveways of the petrol station with their parked cars. It can be a real pain.
However, I would strongly urge you to ease up on your rantings against worshippers of God, Buddha or any other religious being. This is a traffic enforcement issue, perhaps even a social one. Where masses of people gather, where those in the gathering are relatively affluent, you will face this issue of indiscriminate parking leading to potentially dangerous road incidents. Not just at religious events but at well-known food locations, party sites, etc.
Mocking religious worshippers because of indiscriminate parking is hardly the way to go. Certainly not in this country.
I wondered if you had actually stepped into the Soka Association located beside the petrol station and asked to talk to someone about this issue. Perhaps a quick visit to their website would suffice. I am confident that you would easily find the name of the most senior officer you were looking for to address this issue.
Regards,
Alvin.
