Came across this on the web. Sounds too good for the bhp/torque gains?

Don't know about the what it does for the car Ken.. but wouldn't your pet snake benefit somewhat??......:) :uhhh: :oops:

It is supposed to give comparable performance to the procede version 1.0 according to dyno made by users in e90post. Supposed to go for usd500 only. Was considering this cos it was install to easy to remove.

There are actually quite a few people using it in the US with no issues...and it is easy to install and remove (compared to the PROcede)....but most people have gone with the PROcede...you should get the PROcede....won't regret it esp. when V2.0 comes out

BIAN lah! On 91 Octane, already 4.9 leh!!!!

When we already use 98 Octane here.....then what? 4.85 ah?

Anyway, are the specs different in the US for the 335? And also given the very different environmental conditions like Air Temp, humidity and so on versus our weather, things may be very different too.

Anyway, my point is.....the freakin' car is already a 5.6s car, if I were to put in $$$ for the car, it would be an LSD......after that....SWEE SWEE liao.....And I was also told by Pak TripleM that the step shift is DAMN Quick lor!

Haiz........me can only dream dream dream of owning a 335i.......

Simon, u can Procede the E92 335i and it'll be a 4.8-4.9sec car too. Combine that with a LSD and u have a pretty fun car!

What about a E90 335i @ S$208k, Simon? ;)

The amount of work to install the XEDE is the same as installing the PROCEDE. Vishnu started off using the XEDE then switched to PROCEDE. The PROCEDE supposed to have more inputs including extra digital ones compared to the XEDE which supposed to be used in version 2.0.

There's also no clear indication of how to update the maps on the AA XEDE right now, but PROCEDE have been releasing new maps since 1.0, and current is 1.45.

If you have to pay USD1100, think better off paying extra USD200 for the PROCEDE i feel.

Xede is the forerunner of procede. Think if the Xede as version 1, Procede as version 1.5 and the upcoming Procede as version 2.0.

Ask Omar to come in, he's been researching a hell of a lot more on this than me :) But chuck the xede, go with procede!
