slotted dics for E46 318

Hi , i am think of a little up grade of my current brake , thinking of chnaging the front brake disc to slotted type or maybe a better brake pad for better braking . Any advise and what will be the damage ?

and what are your driving habits like? slow and steady, or fast and furious?

you'd be surprised!

not as fast as a 335 definitely, but if you've modded your car, it can be much faster than stock.

if your car is stock, then stock brakes are sufficient, and they're the best.

can get from singapore - arumugam road. off paya lebar.

have tried getting from them, but they are distributors, more familiar with bike brakes than car brakes. last time i tried to get the rotors via R2D, they (EBC distributor) screwed up - delivered different ones instead. so returned them...

EBC rotors are very good, but after going through all the hassle and long wait, i stuck with zimmerman instead.

plus they are not cheap. can get 2 sets of zimmermans for about the same price.

get the EBC pads. they're good enough to use with ordinary rotors. just make sure you get the correct colour for your driving style and remember to bed them in properly.

think i'll just go for el cheapo zimmermans
