... between a staggered and non staggered tyre set up? Is there a signficance that one will notice or just minimal.

Nah... no one will noticed a staggered setup. They will see if your rims are flush with ur fenders... that one more chio...

if the rims have different face then u can be sure that it's definitely staggered
flat same face rims all round are bit hard to tell

Opps...I think I confused everyone. Was not referring to looks, but performance as in how the car accelerates, decelerates, corners, etc etc

For an E90 320, I feel it's not worth the extra expense... If you have lots of power and and have problems getting the tyres to have enough grip in power on situations, then consider it...
