Should I or should I not?

Hi, I am new to this forum and just collected my car a few days ago.
Since it is a black car and I work in Jurong area, I was wondering whether to further protect it with ZFX full treatment as recommended by many to be good.
However, I am worried this may effect the original coating on the new car. Should I spend the money and go for it?

Its always nice to start protecting the paint work as soon as u can so that the paint will stay shinier longer

Furthermore, it provides an additional layer of protection where ever u park!

Thanks for the suggestion.
I found difficulty to decide because some people told me even not to wash my car for the first week becasue it will remove the original protective layer!? Therefore I wonder whether it is a waste of money or not.

original protective layer is normally just a wax job done by the dealer or a basic pain sealant. but i dont think its applied with anywhere near the care taken by a professional detailing outfit.
for me i went with glare and no complaints so far, but theres a few in the market.

When i collected my car, i went to wash off all the wax that was applied cuz I don't know how or what they applied!!

Better to take care of the paint right from the beginning!
