Setting up an IBC?

Am thinking of setting up an International Business Company (IBC), aka offshore company. Have seen various offerings over the internet but am not sure if these are the reliable ones. Anyone who have done a similar setup can advise on a reliable option, local or overseas?

Also, can advise what are the key things that I must know or be aware of?
