My friend's encounter with PML was less than pleasant.
In short, he missed his 20K service interval with PML. (Decided to try out another workshop)
Couple of months down, noticed his folding window motor was making loud noises and sent the car back to PML. CSA checked his records and denied liability as they realized his last servicing was not done by them. A couple of days worth of phone calls, figured it was not worth the effort, and fixed the problem outside. Might be an isolated issue, but it might happen to you.
