I service my e39 at BVO. Not related to them. Not advertising for them. BVO's address can be found in the workshop links.

T6,

How's BVO? I serviced my previous ride, an E46 @ J4C and literally watch them grow from strength to strength, naturally follow suit with my current ride, but these days, they seem to be too busy, and understandably, taken its toll on their level of attentiveness, thinking of finding an alternative workshoppe.

I have not tried J4C. BVO was the only workshop I stepped into thru word of mouth. I am happy with the personal service of BVO as they can find time to solve my problem even on short notice. I remember there was one late Sat morning I went to BVO to help me check why I was losing coolant. After running the usual pressure tests, the fault was determined as being a hairline radiator crack. I asked for a new radiator. Ah Wee then took his car, drove all the way to town in the rain on a Sat to collect the replacement parts and within 4 hrs, my car was ready.

There were many other occasions I went in for small fixes and sometimes they even waive charges on their own accord. So I am happy.

Typically, will BVO entertain simple walk-in, e.g. change oil? Or do we need to make appointments in advance? I'm okay sending the car in during weekdays, would they be less busy?

Thanks.

Yes they will and they tend to be less busy on weekdays.
