Hey guys
I'm a 1st timer owning a bimmer where i might to the most "sway" one around in the forum too. My vehicle when to the svc ctr 2 times in 2 weeks. See how sway i m.
Anyway for a small tip for those newbies like me.
I went for my 1st servicing less than2 months after getting the car. So, as a typical guy, i did not check the bill and just paid around $280++ for the servicing. ( Regular servicing only) Oil change and filter change. I think it is around the price for this type of car.
When i got back and check the bill, they actually charge $1 for the wiper additive. OMG, i had i brand new bottle used only once still have plenty. I also top up regulary my wiper water also. Now still charge me. Hiaz... not the $1 thing but is that is it neccessary?
Also not like some other companies, they still charge labour.
So my advice to you guys is to top up the wiper water before going for servicing and check the bill before you sign and pay.
PS: i found this out when i send in my E60 to the svc ctr. BMW series
