Hi all I am driving a E46. Recommeded by my friends driving a E36 his car servicing is done at JB B2 trading. Feedback from him the servicing package is cheap compare to singapore. As my rear bearing is making noise. I approach few workshop here and they quote me just labour to replace both bearing already $250-$300 and need to leave the car there for one day. Some even said very complicated job if can't knock the old bearing out than they need to use extractor to extract out and will charge extra. Bearing is cheap brought at golden link at $35 each and if add in labour around $400. so I ask my friend for B2 trading contact and call up Mr koh and ask him how much he charge for labour to replace the rear bearing if i bring my own part. Within second, reply from him is RM$200 2-3 hrs job. I think is very cheap after the conversion rate is around S$86. Hence make appointment with him to go down on sat morning to fix.
Driving through 2nd link and use the gsp it take 30 min to reach there. It in a industrial area. clean workshop and see some malaysia and singapore E36,E46, E60,E90 doing repair and servicing there. Surprise to see they even do servicing and repair for merc and mini also. They are using only Castrol oil for servicing and price range from Rm$200 up. Repair done in 3 hrs and very satisfy with the end result.

ALL Mobil1 0W-40 sold at local petrol kiosk ARE BMW LL-01 certified. I am not sure where you got the info just go to any kiosk and read the lable on the back. I have been using ithem it always is LL01 certified so its not truw that only Mobil 1 from US is BMW certified.

1. It is more than twice the price sold at MX Trading; &
2. I am not sure which API license was used (USA, Japan or Canada).
For those who 1 certainty, u can go to Eng Soon to buy BMW oil 0-40. I am not sure about the price.
