Look further in the forum --> workshop --> Parts

I don't think you can get the 'best' Svc centre, all up to individual preference; ie location, workmanship, 'hai gong-ness',cleanliness, friendliness of staffs, lounge area, etc etc.

Juzz for cars at Sin Ming and Riverview Auto at AMK Autopoint are as good if not better then PML as far as professionalism, service standard and price is concerned. There is also less waiting time and most jobs can be completed in one day.

thats what i thought.

i am hoping to have more options rather than going back to PML cos sometimes they are so heavily scheduled everyday and the waiting time is really bad.

thanks!

I want to take my Z3 in for a normal oil change. Can anyone please tell me how much BVO, M&Q, Juzz for Cars or Riverview would charge?thanks.

DJ,

BVO used to charge E46318ia around 150 bucks for Oil, spark plugs, filter, engine flush fluid. They use Mobil one Syn ( Not the top grade one)

Riverview charges like 120 for Oil and filter. Washes car, includes engine compartment. They use Caltex or something. But they only charges $35 for labour and filter ( quoted a year ago, unaware of any price revision) if you BYO oil.

No idea on others.

Cheers

Re: service workshop

Should make this thread sticky. Very frequently asked question, and good information in all the posts!

Re: service workshop

This forum needs to be expanded. We all need to service our Bimmers and it would be great to have feedback about all the know workshops. I'll probably go with convenience as to which is closest to my house, but if I hear of good advice of other shops will cosnider to take a trip. Will post a review after I have my newly aquired 2001 318i serviced for first time.

Re: service workshop

been using juzz4cars but lately prices are creeping up and harder to get slot for repairs. thinking of changing to bvo. think it is any better and cheaper?
