Dear bros, as this is the first time selling my used car bought from PPSL, can someone pls enlighten me is it true that by selling my 2nd hand car, I will be deducted range from 1.5 to 2.0% of paper value? Mine's a 65% PARF car. The car will be exported.

Yup, standard practice. Paper value minus 1-2% then plus body value. Then you nego with them from there lor.... So you either get them to discount the car that you're buying from them, or you ask them to give you more for your car....
If I am not wrong, if you trade in your car and buy a new car, then the above 1-2% discount will not apply.
