Screeching sound from engine bay driver side

Dear brother I realize that at moving off time, especially with all the radio off at the driver side
there seem to be a screeching low pitching sound and some
clonk sound as well like something knocking or loose
any advice from you guys?

Maybe the belts ....... Or the tensioners.

Could be a whole host of issues. Best to bring to one of the site sponsor workshops for a check.
