or is there any hotel that i can safely leave my car while having fun around the island for the whole day worry-free?

i dont want to see dings on my ride / scratches made by inconsiderate drivers.

hmm...does Shangri La provides hotel carpark? how abour Siloso Hotel? any covered carpark by hotels there? thanks

Re: Safe parking in Sentosa?

Sentosa is pretty much changed now....

there is a new carpark complex by Siloso Beach, next to the new terminal Beach Station (think thats what its called). Huge carpark, covered, relatively uncrowded (unless some major event happening). Most cars tend to park nearer to the end where the escalators takes you up to the ground floor.

Have parked my car there couple times for at least half a day, so far so good.......hotel carparks could be reserved for guests only.

Re: Safe parking in Sentosa?

Its called the beach carpark as mention by ninja07.. Just follow the signs pointing there. There are peacock warning signs along the sides of the carpark though... Guess it should be pretty safe parking near to the escalators

Re: Safe parking in Sentosa?

yup thats what its called - Beach Carpark (how original) - thanks for pointing out XueXun....there will be signs as you reach the roundabout. Its like any public carpark - just take the usual precautions i guess....

Re: Safe parking in Sentosa?

Re: Safe parking in Sentosa?

Last time I heard some people's cars were "scratched" by some wandering peacocks.

Re: Safe parking in Sentosa?

ya the peacock came on kentonnas soft top. this is not a joke.

Re: Safe parking in Sentosa?

wow, sentosa looks like it has changed much ya? not been there for ages...but like to ask if bros know if parking near beach front would invite corrosive agents on your car? somebody told me the salt content in the sea breeze will cause premature corrosion, any truth?
