Rod Bearing Question

Hi, I just bought a 2010 E92 M3. I read that the M3 has rod bearing issues that can blow the engine.
Did anyone experience this in sg? I'm wondering if I should replace the rod bearings for the peace of mind.

Get your oil analyzed, that way you can at least expect when to get it done. Look out for the value of the Lead in your result.

open up the oil pan so u can check the rod bearing condition how bad it is. usually, its life should not be over 4-60000 kms depending rev usage / engine warming and engine oil specs.
