rims for 7 series?

hi,

can i just check with you guys where can i check out some nice rims for the current 7 series?

sadly, its for my uncle's 735 and not mine

he wants to change cos his stock rims have too many spokes and apparently the cleaner aint doing a good job washing it....

and if its possible to trade in his current rims with the shop

check out the forum workshop link... they carry wide range of rims. Trade in can be arrange but be prepare to trade in old rims at lower prices.. Yr uncle stock rims shld be 19"?? Try selling in the forum.

my maid cleans my rims everyday and mus teach her hw to clean..
Even yr uncle change to less spoke rims say the AC type 2 (oni 5 spoke), if the maid anyhw clean, LPPL leh....

A few brands I can think of...but definitely, u must stay away from BBS rims coz they are generally multispoke rims.
Hamann is a good choice, clean 5 spokes and rather thick so will look very nice compared to the increasingly popular AC TypeIV. Check out Hamann PG2/PG3 or AC Schnitzer Type II.
Else have a visit at Stamford Tyres, they recently launched some decent rims which I have seen them fitted on 7er., not bad

the cleaner is a foreign talent who charges a monthly fee who washing the cars at his condo
dun tink such cleaners will b too detailed ......

Hey... I'm your uncle here... Surprised that you'll see me here eh.... Stanford Tyres were apparently having some sale that just ended today. Didn't manage to catch it. But the last time, I checked out the cost of changing the tyres and rims, was quoted a whopping $12k... Anyway, the "foreign talent" doesn't wash the car too much these days. He's getting on with age and limping more. Kinda sad so the car's been sent to carworks for washing. Now... which other dealers/retailers can I go to check out decently nice rims? Was looking more at 20"

Welcome Uncle. U just missed the month-end BMW meet-up which took place a while ago. There were two 7series there. One with Breyton Magic 20" and the other with AC Type 4.

U may wanna get the views of Hymics, the owner with the Breyton Magic 20". He lost abit of hair before deciding on the Breytons. Keke.

Check out the photo gallery under 7 series..posted some photos of my ride there. Did drop sme hair when deciding on my rims.. armpit hair..

So far seen quite a number of 7er on the road with nice 20" and 22" rims.. Hamann, ACS and Breyton. Check out the forum workshoplist. Alternatively, ebay also can find nice rims for 7er..

Calling the other 7er owner at the meetup today.. might want to share photo of yr ride too...
Anothere 7er owner (6600) Sam is on 20" Breyton Magic... Chio Too!!

Nah... I see no wrong in 22 inches chrome rims. Mine's titanium silver so it'll mellow down the chrome effect. Anyway, i'm not going for that "spinner" shit.. haha.. Having those rims than those usual brands of sports rims will somewhat be refreshing too. Don't you think so Hymics? We shouldn't just link chrome rims with black men's rides. If it looks good nonetheless, who cars eh... No need to look like towkay too la. I'm just a young punk ....
