no need remove also, no need inspection also. it didn't state need all these but saw the word "no" summons will be issued. the no still bold and underline.. But behind need to fill up particulars and fax back to them nia.

yday night on the road a TP pass us then he stopped infront of us on a traffic light then he turned back to look at our no. plate again then turn back. i was so scared when he turned back!! sibeh HENG, he didn't do anything to us..... god bless...
