Resale 428 or 435 advices

Hi All Gurus,

I am new to BMW as am driving an Audi A5 with chip up. Wondering what are your advice on 428 and 435.

- What are the major/common issues that I should take note of
- engine oil, gearbox...
- What should I check for resale 428 or 435

Any other bits of advice would be very helpful for me to consider.
i will most probably lower it, body kit, exhaust upgrade. Thank you in advance.
