Recommendations for lightweight 18" rims?

Hi all,

Been considering a set of lightweight rims for my 5 series. I've heard that BBS has the lightest rims, but am just wondering how much lighter they are then say, the 18" ones produced by BMW. Anyone done a weight comparison or experienced significant fuel savings/performance improvement after changing to lightweight rims? Looking forward to your feedback.
