yeah. nice people and excellent service.
i was there once to look at rims, and they were willing to put on rubbers on the rims I was looking at, and install them on my car so that I can see how it looks like, instead of just visualizing it.
I hesitated, cos later if never buy, not so nice, but they also insisted its non-obligation, and encouraged me to allow them to do it.
eventually, could not do so as I do not have my lock nut with me.
Ethan even went out of his way to capture a shot of another car, same model as mine, with the exact rims I was looking at, and MMS it to me.
talk about service and follow up!
i've been to many tyre shops, from the famous PH in amk ave 1 industrial area to the RS in kaki bukit....and I must say people are most pleasant here in Arrow.
definitely a place to go!

I never inquire rims at Pit Stop, so not sure on what selection they have...they don't have many rims on display due to space limitation.
For the PS2, when I bought in Jan, Pit Stop is cheaper than LS, and LS is cheaper than Hurry's. Pit Stop is relatively new compared to the other 2 mentioned here...so, that's probably the reason on a more agressive pricing.

The other parameters of tyre shops are technical knowledge, honesty and service. Pricing is a smaller parameter in view of the above.
It also depends on who you check with first. The last will always match or beat the first. So If you called A and got $2100 as a quote, C will certainly beats $2100 if you reveal A's pricing. That does not mean C has the lowest price. I totally agree. Honesty is very impt when doing long term business. As for pricing, it can always be neg if that guy is keen to do your business. Freebies like free rotation and nitrogen gas are always welcome
