Rear Windscreen Demister

Anynone knows where i can go to check if its working? Went to PML (East Coast) to get this checked and they said its fine or working but need to monitor, but these few days raining and when i switched it on, it does not seem to clear the mist or the water droplets that are sitting so comfortably on the rear windscreen.

I loathed to go back to PML again to waste time (as when i was there, my CD magazine jammed, and instead of ordering a new mag for me, they took out the Cds that are causing the jam and so when i went to collect the car again after leaving it overnight as they said they need to check if need to do re programming (wtf). To test it, i took out the mag, inserted it again in front of the SE and viola, still cant play CD and still jammed, and then she LL said will order the new part from Alexandra and asked me to come back 3 hrs later) wat a freaking waste of time and i think sometimes they just go thru motion, maybe cos mine is still under warranty and any costs incurred they have to bear

sorry to hear your bad experience.
i went to pml to check my car too. during testing, they say looks okay leh ... need to monitor and come back again if the problem persists.
make appointment and come again. what the xxxx ???
even you go outside workshop to verify and prove there is a "problem", they still want you to leave the car there for them to check and worst if they say "no problem leh"

just push for it. if they still insist that nothing is wrong, COMPLAIN. don't ever give in to PML. you 'paid' for service anyway when we purchased the car. they should just do their job.
