But heng it wasnt me, a toyota rear ended my butt. So actually which workshop do i go to to make repairs? Will PML able to do it? I think need to change my exhaust also cause saw a dent and loud sound.

Depends on your insurance coverage. If your insurance only states Authorised workshop only then you can only go to those workshop stated in the insurance. If you did buy "My Workshop" coverage, then you can go to any workshop of your preference. In this case its clear cut the other party's fault, can go PML but not much room for "manoeuvre" if you know what I mean.

You may have to pay for your own repair first if you go PML and get reimburse later.

Called up my insurance and yes PML can do it. Now PML , they can do claim own insurance, claim 3rd party and reporting.

For my case, i just go with PML since its still under warranty and car barely a year old. Heart pain.
