Rear Aircon Console Not working for F10

Hi all,

anyone experienced the thermostat and fan control at the rear aircon console on their F10 are not functioning?

The console shows the temperature and fan speed but it's constant fan blowing at same temperature.

what can be the possible cause for this issue?

Is yours originally fitted by factory or fitted from one of the sponsors? If fitted outside, u hv to go back to the sponsor to code it again. This is one of the possibility.
