That's Elis Regina, compatriot of Lisa Ono.
Famous in her native Brazil but relatively unknown in the English speaking world. It just goes to show how much talent there is out there but which we never get to appreciate because of the artificial boundaries created by language and culture. That's why I like YouTube, you can find all sorts of music, good and bad, that you would otherwise never get to hear. And the audio quality is improving all the time.
