Mine is black, paid 139K and given original PDC, 4K overtrade, solar films worth $700. no problem so far. i was told no run in needed.

On FC, it was said in this forum that the FC should get better after some mileage. Not sure how true it is... but let's see...

Is there an On Board Computer to calculate the fuel consumption on your car ? if so, anybody know how to switch this, like a click or twist on which button?

I'm driving 318i sport edition, 6-weeks old, 17" stock rims.

My consumption is about 11.2 litres/ 100km. This is based on my best effort to be easy on the gas pedal. This reading is taken on 2 separate samplings, and the results looks pretty consistent. :|

12 litres/ 100km. I think this is quite difficult unless you go to the extreme like switch off aircon, same speed all the way for a tank-full etc, etc :uhhh:

What is ur color? how much did u paid? any problems so far? u should be still running in right? can't ram yet. may be that is why fuel consumption still low. full tank $70+ for 550km?[/quote]

but yours is of a much higher cc mah.... so i guess cannot compare with smaller cc ones mah.... but i guess your fuel consumption should be considered pretty good already right as compared to other M3s...?

i think mine is abt 14L/100km ... i sometimes got the sudden urge to kickdown the engine when im the first at traffic lights ... also not to mention im a late shifter cos i love to enjoy the revving sound ... my last gas top up what 54L and i drove close to abt 400km ...

I'm driving a 318i non sports version. It's already 1yr + since i got my car and the FC is about 8.5 (nromal driving) - 9.1 (very conservative) km/L.

I think the pump attendant also make the difference. Sometimes they tend to squeeze more petrol into the tank. thus causing the our calculations to be slightly off.

My 0.5 cents worth....

wah finally someone come up with an even higher figure....
seems like u dun sometimes have the urge to floor ur pedal when u r first on the traffic light but always i guess or else u wouldn't get such figures easily uh?
haha.... but it is really nice to be first at traffic lights.... hate to be held back by front slow moving cars yah?

after getting my car last sat....318i sport, i pumped fulled tank 56litre.

after half a tank, 280+km travelled. now running in, never ram more than 3k and never travel more than 100km/h.
