Changing the rear of the exhaust system won't give u much gains. More for the look and the sporty exhaust note only. Fong Kim is a popular exhaust shop.

There isnt alot u can do to increase pony kicks in 318 Valvetronic engine.

The V8-esque sound that I hv had before is like BMW's V8 ( eg 645 / 745 ) or C55 V8 kinda sound.
Nthg like the Ferrari which is raw and high pitch, seriously high pitch.
If u want a little higher pitch, I think Eisenmann Race exhaust or Kreis-seig can give you that
i was following a Modena the other night around KL and the sounds almost make me cry..damn its nice. i personally think that the so called "rasp" sound is not so firece or "garang" compared to the high pitch. was using the Eisenmann but the sound wasn't that ferrari too..
hmmm...wonder how much time and cost would ferrari allocate to tune the sound for their new model before they are put to production. my 2 cents. cheers
If you want that Ferrari high pitch sound then change everything to stainless steel pipes, preferably of a slightly smaller diameter than stock. This will increase the exhaust pulse speed and the frequency of the sound. I tried it before and the pitch did increase but won't hit Ferrari note unless you rev pass 6000rpm.
